Delicious new desserts by Sarah Barber (STK London)
We are delighted to present three new desserts by the talented Sarah Barber and her team at the ME hotel. The desserts are part of the new dessert menu available from today (10th March) at STK London (Me London hotel). Which one is your favourite?
“Snickers with a twist”
Composed of a Cacao Barry Alunga milk chocolate and Peanut Ganache with a salted Peanut mousse, salted whipping caramel, Cacao Barry Inaya Dark chocolate brownie and peanut brittle.
“Rhubarb & Custard” poached rhubarb
A rhubarb mouse with crunchy crumble nuggets, sprayed in rhubarb scented and Cacao Barry Zephyr White chocolate served with poached rhubarb and a vanilla custard tube with dehydrated rhubarb.
“Lego” Lemon Meringue Pie
Consisting of Vanilla sablee Breton, Lemon curd with Yoghurt crispies, Cacao Barry Zephyr Yoghurt Cremeux, Lemon sherbet and Meringue sticks.
