World’s 50 best restaurants celebrates the great talents and hard work

Once a year all best chefs from all over the world get together to celebrate the great talent and hard work at the World’s 50 best restaurants award ceremony. It is a wonderful moment full of emotions for each of them.

This year’s winners are the great Roca brothers with their culinary temple El Celler de Can Roca.

Jordi Roca, the youngest brother, who is in charge of pastry, was last year awarded as the best pastry chef. Jordi is also one of the most famous Cacao Barry ambassadors.

Also this year was awarded as best pastry chef a Spanish chef. This time is the winner Albert Adria, the younger brother of Ferran Adria who was in charge of pastries at the famous El Bulli, now instead is running five restaurants in Barcelona. The most famous of them, Tickets, was this year listed as 42nd best restaurant in the world.
