Daniel Pearse, the super talented head pastry chef of Hakkasan was last week awarded by the Craft Guild of Chefs as the pastry chef of the year. We always admired Daniel’s talent and dedication so we are immensely happy for his recognition.

Other news comes from Sarah Barber (you can read our interview with Sarah here), who has enchanted us with her wonderful pastries which she was creating at the ME hotel. Sarah decided that it was time for new challenges, so she is now pampering the guests at the Corinthia Hotel London. We are looking forward to see her new creations and are wishing her a lot of pleasure and creativity in her new “home”.
To all of you: we are wishing you a lovely and successful week with this beautiful summer dessert by the Italian chef Enrico Cerea from the 3 Michelin starred restaurant Da Vittorio in Bergamo (IT). Enrico will be this week featured as the international star.
