Cacao Barry’s main challenge is to unlock the sensorial richness of cocoa. To do so the Cacao Barry experts are sourcing the best beans and capturing their aromas in chocolate with unique tastes.

Cacao Barry also aims to inspire and support chefs not only by offering the great range of ethically sourced chocolates from all over the world which represent a wonderful variety of flavours but also by showcasing the delicious creations made by best chefs and pastry chefs using different varieties of Cacao Barry Chocolates, their recipes and news.

With this in mind, in October 2014  was launched the London Chocolovers blog which became a virtual showroom. Things are evolving and so in the coming year London Chocolovers will move to the Cacao Barry’s homepage where it will be found under the name Cacao Collective at the  Blog section.
